Subject: [PATCH] Remove .forcedef, and harden .force* ops more

||||
Remove .forcedef and replace all uses with a direct call to .forceput instead.

||||
|
||||
Ensure every procedure (named and trasient) that calls .forceput is

||||
executeonly.
